This policy applies to all donations made to Shiv Welfare Foundation through our:

  • 📱 Third-party donation platforms

  • 🏦 Direct bank transfers

By making a donation, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms outlined in this policy.


2. 🔒 Non-Refundable Nature of Donations

All donations made to Shiv Welfare Foundation are strictly non-refundable.

As a registered charitable public trust, funds are immediately committed to our various social projects, including:

  • Women Empowerment & Self-Reliance
  • Healthcare Awareness & Medical Support
  • Child Welfare & Protection
  • Food & Essential Support for Needy Families

Due to the nature of these operations and tax compliance regulations, we cannot retract or refund funds once the transaction is completed.


3. 🔁 Recurring Contributions

Donors who have enrolled in a recurring donation program may cancel their participation at any time.

Important Points:

  • ✅ Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the next billing date

  • ✅ Cancellation applies only to future charges

  • ❌ Any donations already processed are non-refundable

  • 📧 Cancellation requests must be sent to our official email or support team


4. 🚨 Fraudulent or Unauthorized Activity

If you suspect that your payment method was used without your authorization:

  • 🏦 Contact your bank or credit card provider immediately

  • 📞 Notify Shiv Welfare Foundation within 48 hours of the transaction

  • 📋 We will cooperate fully with financial institutions to investigate proven fraudulent activity

Note: Reports made after 48 hours of the transaction may not be eligible for investigation support.


5. 🔄 Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a verified technical error resulting in a duplicate charge (where the same donation was processed more than once):

Steps to Follow:

  1. 📧 Contact our support team immediately

  2. 📄 Share your transaction IDs of both charges

  3. 🔍 Our team will review and verify the duplicate transaction

  4. ✅ If confirmed, the duplicate amount will be rectified accordingly

Only verified technical duplicate transactions are eligible for review. Intentional multiple donations are non-refundable.
